How does buying work?

When you find an item you like, message the seller directly through Rewear. You and the seller can then agree on the meetup location, payment method, and any delivery arrangements.

Does Rewear handle payments?

Not at this stage. Rewear does not currently process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly between themselves.

Does Rewear offer delivery?

Rewear does not currently handle delivery directly. Some sellers may indicate they are open to delivery on their listing; you can message them to agree on delivery and payment directly.

• Meet in a public place where possible.
• Check the item before paying.
• Be careful when sending money before receiving an item.
• Keep conversations on Rewear where possible.
• Report suspicious listings or behaviour.

Reporting and blocking

Rewear has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. On any listing, profile, or chat, tap Report to flag content to our team, or Block user to hide their listings and messages from your feed immediately. We review reports within 24 hours.
